Schild­berg Con­struc­tion Com­pa­ny is hir­ing a Main­te­nance Tech­ni­cian for our Truck Ser­vice Depart­ment. This posi­tion, which requires a Class A CDL license, will be instru­men­tal in ser­vic­ing our rock deliv­ery trucks, our trac­tor trail­er trucks used in oper­a­tions, and our pas­sen­ger vehi­cle fleet. Ser­vice main­te­nance is per­formed at our Green­field, Iowa facil­i­ty, as well as out in the field in our mar­ket area.

What’s the gig? These posi­tions will be involved with explo­ration drilling for future resources used in pro­duc­tion of our aggre­gate rock prod­ucts, sup­port­ing exist­ing sites in devel­op­ing mod­els for future pro­duc­tion, and assist­ing in for­mu­lat­ing imme­di­ate and future pro­duc­tion capac­i­ty. These posi­tions will also need a class A CDL cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, and we are will­ing to help you achieve that!

Road Truck Dri­ver Positions

Due to con­tin­ued growth in our busi­ness, Schild­berg Con­struc­tion Com­pa­ny is hir­ing for all road truck dri­ver posi­tions based out of Green­field, Iowa. Suc­cess­ful appli­cants must have or be able to achieve a Class A or Class B CDL license.
